"Good"

Property is run down. Hallway carpet is caked down like a matt. Room smelled musty and like it had been treated with formaldehyde. No food on premises; only coffee for breakfast. Staff was nice. The kitchenette in the room was generously equipped with appliances, knives, silverware, glasses, and dishes. Great location.

We had a lovely stay. Reviews made me think the property was going to be outdated, old, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our unit was immaculate, and faced the ocean. The pool is small but was nice, and there is a quaint flower garden. Location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, I recommend Simpatico, and quick drive to Narragansett beach.

We thought it was expensive given that most amenities were not available due to COVID-19. No maid service, no dining, no bar service, etc. the price should be reduced when all these services are unavailable.

We stayed off-season during the pandemic so we were not able to experience the facility in it's entirety; however, we would love to stay again. Beautiful view of Newport bridge and harbor. Very clean. It was more updated than I expected. Our room was extremely comfortable; although I'd prefer a more modern taste in furniture. Town was less than 1/2 mile walk. Easy access to Newport.

"Great value, lots of extras. "

Fabulous customer service! Very spacious suite with tons of extras (toaster, blender, dishes, etc.). Nice private deck area overlooking the bay. Building is a little older, but well taken care of. Great value!!
