Very clean, must be a recent renovation. Courteous staff, good pricing and good breakfast selection. The only complaints would be the bathroom door out of wack so very hard to close and was noisy early in the morning as my room was right next to the facility laundry and the breakfast area.

It is not a hotel for a handicap person as there is no elevator. (I feel this should be stated on the web page). We were put on the 2nd floor even though I requested the 1st floor, they happened to have a room left so we got. I kept asking for my receipt and he kept saying it is prepaid, fine I want a copy, it's prepaid, so give me a copy wouldn't give me a copy. Also, no thermostat in the room she you can't adjust your temperature. You can turn on the heat/air but you have no idea what the temp is.

"Pool CLOSED INDEFINITELY "

Was super excited for the pool only to find out it is INDEFINITELY CLOSED due to a leak that is too expensive to fix. The pillows were half size and no sheer curtain on the blinds- open or not! Other than that it was average!

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Thought it was quiet and couldn't hear others which was nice. The huge drawback for us was we were anticipating a pool and it was out of service. Had we known that, we would have chosen a different property as we had promised swimming for the kids. I do wish they would quit advertising a pool if it is closed.

No elevator. And I was put in a room that the deadbolt didn’t work. The gentleman kept checking other rooms and the deadbolts weren’t working. They ended up putting me upstairs and got a room with a working deadbolt. The gentleman had just been sitting at the desk on his phone. I think it would have been nice to offer to help carry bags upstairs
