La habitación bien equipada cómoda amplia y todo funcionando perfecto. El desayuno excelente . Completisimo. Almuerzo y cena con buena variedad y calidad pero algunos platos no pueden ser recalentados. En la parrilla las carnes generalmente ya cocidas y calentadas al momento de servir. El día que se sirvió cordero a la estaca: espectacular! Muy sabroso y perfectamente cocido. Felicitaciones al asador que paso casi 8 horas para prepararlo. Todo el personal muy amable y atento en el bar y cafeteria..felicitaciones! Buena onda total. La recreación los paseos y actividades para adultos fueron muy buenas.

El hotel por ser all inclusive sirve bebidas sin límite. Lamentablemente no hay control con el alcohol y hubo personas claramente ebrias fuera de control molestando y hasta agrediendo verbalmente a huéspedes y empleados. Debería el hotel tener algún tipo de control para evitar estas situaciones que aunque sean aisladas molestan a huéspedes y empleados.

En lo logístico la ubicación para esperar para comer cuando hay mucha gente para mí tendría que ser algo más fluido .
