We were at the Residence Inn coming to New York for a wedding in the family. The first thing you need to know that the staff at the Inn is just incredible. All of the staff, from the folks at the front desk, kitchen, breakfast, housekeeping, maintenance, etc. They were helpful, kind, cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast was a decent breakfast. The food was cooked, unlike other hotels; it was fresh and plentiful. If I had any criticism, it would be that in non-handicapped rooms, the toilets should have been the higher type and a grab bar by it. There was a grab bar by the tub. The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean as well. We had an enjoyable experience at the Residence Inn.

We had the best time staying at this wonderful hotel for a night over Labor Day weekend! The check-in was super smooth, and the lovely woman at the front desk made us feel right at home with her friendly and professional attitude. Our room was spacious and the bed felt like a cloud—so cozy! Plus, being close to the mall and a bunch of great restaurants made everything really convenient for us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and I’d absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing experience!
