Brookwood Inn Branson

Breakfast was typical of type these days but coffee was good. They let us check in early so we could go to the pool which was nice.

Air conditioning was old and musty.

This was a last minute reservation and stay. We were very pleased with the price, cleanliness, and comfort.

Great, friendly staff. Evening dessert was an unexpected plus. Property is older, but very well maintained.

I was traveling with my elderly mother who has mobility issues. When I made the reservation months ago I asked for a handicapped accessible room, but never got that. The breakfast is your typical breads and pastries, but you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the breakfast area. That should be illegal, as they don't have an elevator. The breakfast area should be on the main floor so that elderly and handicapped people can access it too.

Excellent location. Close to the strip. Easy to get in and out of. Rooms were cleaned every day. Rooms were quiet. Never heard other guests from other rooms. Nice breakfast in the morning and yummy desserts of an evening.

Staff were very nice and room was very clean. Great value.

We've previously stayed at this motel and had no issues. We did experience a few issues during this stay. We stayed in Room #210 and it smelled very musty. Also, the vinyl on the brown chair by window was worn through to the fabric backing in several places. This chair is disgusting and needs to replaced immediately. We also had issues with the breakfast attendant not replenishing the food in a timely manner, and thus the breakfast bar ran out food for extended periods of time. The room with the breakfast bar is also not handicap accessible.
