It was good for an overnight stay.

A modest hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. No elevator.

The door key kept messing up sometimes the keys would not work

I liked the price compared to the other options in the area. I had to interact with the front desk on several occasions and they were friendly and accommodating. My keycard had to be reprogrammed many times throughout my stay. It also took several tries before the door would open. The housekeeping staff opened the door while my partner was sleeping and this was a major issue for her. They need a do-not-disturb option for each room. The vending machine ate my money but it was refunded by the front desk. There were only drapes and no curtains so you cannot get any sunlight without sacrificing privacy. No thermostat but did have heater with a dial. Mini fridge didnt seem to close fully. Can hear the headboard knocking from the next room over. 2.5 stars.

Dirty rooms

Check in was easy. Room was tidy.

It was clean and quiet but needs upgrading-heater was was antiquated and am amenities were nonexistent.

The room had no thermostat and Napa went into the 30's. It was extremely cols in my room.

This hotel rating was a 2 however we thought since it was $250.00 per night it would at least be clean. We were so wrong. The shower was full of black mold, the floor was dirty. The door to the room was stuck closed and I was unable to open without pulling with both hands and from the outside slamming agents it with my shoulder. We had to ask for blow dryer and Iron. There was not Ironing board either. No complementary soap or shampoo/ conditioner. We had to make a trip to store to purchase soap and shampoo/ conditioner. Not even a small bar soap to wash our hands. When we asked, we were told they didn't provide that. Don't wait your money at this place. Horrible so-called motel. Shouldn't be listed on this site at all.

On a holiday weekend, there were few options available in Napa Valley so we booked one of the last remaining rooms for a lowest price available. However, the lowest price was still expensive at around $249/night. I get Napa is expensive, but the room had mildew in the shower, only provided bar soap (no shampoo or anything else), and you had to check out a dryer from the office. A request for additional pillows was denied - there weren’t any to supplement the two thin pillows on the bed. The AC was only centrally managed - there was no way to control temperature or fan to address any discomfort. We joked the room looked like a prison cell - beige thin blanket, thin pillows and plastic laminate floor. I’ve spent about 20 nights in inexpensive motels over the last year, and hardly require fine amenities but this was hands down the worst, only made worse by costing so much.
