Motel 6 Napa, CA

The walls are paper thin, so you can hear noises from the next room as well as every noise outside and in the parking lot. There are no amenities other than a mini refrigerator, microwave and television. Soap and towels are provided, but no shampoo or other toiletries. The beds have only a sheet and a thin cover with no blankets.

We liked the convenient location and that it was pet friendly. We disliked the condition of the motel for the price. The shower water was leaking on the floor, no toilettries except soap, and the bed did not have a bedspread. We appreciated the help with the homeless but it didn't make us feel safe parking in the back. Suggest little lawn area for the pets to pee and poop on.

Our stay was ok but not worth the price, bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were supper small.

I was not allowed to check in 5 minutes early. The guy made me wait until 3:00 on the dot?, they gave me and my girlfriend a double bed room?. It was dirty, old, and definitely needed to be upgraded. Tv did not work and I had to contact the office in order to adjust the A/C because they controlled it from the office. What the hell is that?. I paid $200.00 for this room. Never again.

So I liked the room no thrills, very simple. Good lights, and nice tv cable. Be aware no coffee but Starbucks is across the street. Good for the price and you can book (usually) the rooms short time in advance. Compared to the other hotels in Napa with big lead times.

Worst stay ever. I do not recommend this place to anybody. If you have an issue or need to get ahold of a manager at night don’t count on it. I had someone in the room above us who walked all over the room all damn night and didn’t sleep at all. Call front desk to no answer and had to call the DP to get them to stop but after that they still walked all around the room till we checked out. Try to call or talk to someone when we were checking out still no one in front desk nor over the phone to talk to. Worst hotel ever

I reserved a last minute room, non smoking and it smelled horribly like cigarettes 🚬, stayed for an hour and had to leave and book another hotel room.

Upon arrival i had to ring the doorbell over 15 times so someone could check me in. When i walked in my room the toilet did not work, i flushed it and it overflowed immediately. I could not use the bathroom all night. I went out and purchased some waters and some snacks and the vending machine robbed me twice.

The rooms smell like cigar.
