Clean , good management , close to Suva police headquarters , close to everything in the city , I highly recommend , wifi is good , and the first floor apartments has a beutiful view to Suva vintage church .

The location of the apartments was very good as was close to shops and restaurants. The apartments simply need some tidying up and work. This is OK for the budget minded and just for a night or two, but any longer, spend some money and upgrade.

Stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend. Loved the new wing at the top floor. View was amazing and Room was spotless. Reception Team were awesome. Big thank you to Ledua and her Team for the hospitality. Will definitely return whenever i come down to Suva.

Town House Apartments (better described as 'flats') Suva was not quite as we expected. I don't want to sound like a pooncy tourist, however, this accommodation could best be described as something for the locals rather than someone seeking 'Western -style' holiday accommodation. Location: Centre of Suva just a short walk away. Great. But, it is right next to the main Police station (insert sirens at all hours) and opposite the Catholic Cathedral (insert bells at 6 am every morning). Room: Basic facilities. Furniture straight from the 1970's (not only in style, but also age). This included sofa and two single seat lounge chairs, old fridge (huge, 450L and working), small table with two kitchen chairs, wardrobe and dresser, queen size bed very soft and worn with age. Cable TV, but not working consistently as we had arrived after a cyclone. Kettle, 2 each bowls, plates, cups, glasses, forks and spoons Free breakfast: Not Western-style breakfast. No choice. Today's breakfast is ...... porridge and toast or eggs and chipolatas, with coffee (strong) ...... A request for a hot cup of tea was met with some bewilderment, however, this was delivered with the inimitable Fijian delight to serve. Breakfast is served in the small cafeteria on the ground floor. The chairs do not have cushions and the booths have hard bench seats. Clean facility, fresh food, but not what we expected. Air-conditioning: Fantastic. Bathroom: Basic. Aging. In need of maintenance and up-grading. Atmosphere: There was a certain amount of noise from other residents, many of whom appear to be quite permanent in this facility. Each floor appeared to have some sort of shared kitchen facility. This was always clean, however, on occasions you could hear noise and smell the cooking. Interesting, the lift is only available for the top floor, which appears to be reserved for special guests or residents. Please don't mis-understand, nothing we experienced was unpleasant. Staff were helpful and polite. It was just something quite different to what we are used to and was quite different to what we thought we had booked. I think we were the only Westerners in the building. If you need budget accommodation right near the centre of Suva, this is the place, if not, go elsewhere.

Whilst the location is handy to the CBD and the staff were reasonably friendly, there is no way I would stay here again. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. No wireless coverage despite signs saying there was. The phone in the room was blocked from making outside calls and they wouldn't unblock it. Kitchen very primitive with dish wash liquid in a old Power Aid bottle, complete with label - glad I didn't have small children with me! I booked through Bookings.com. When I checked in they offered a very small room with no balcony or view. When I said that they advertised that rooms had balconies and sea views they responded that that didn't come with bookings via Booking.com. I asked about an upgrade, and ended up paying an additional $20 a night to have a balcony, bur still now view.

the staff at the TOWN HOUSE we great, they went out of their way to help us when we needed 2 rooms for a week after staying for 1 night at another hotel. The rooms were clean with access to TV, a restaurant with breakfast each day. They made us feel welcome
