Hotel Highway Residency

With the new management, this budget hotel offered me a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It was a relaxxing experience. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Everything functioning, the ambience of the place inside was great. Breakfast was simply but tasty and something different everyday. The staff was amazing and very obliging. It was an absolute pleasure living at the OYO townhouse in Bamanwada. Rest assured I will not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it anyone. Transport and basic amenities are all around the corner. Well done to the staff and management to bringing this hotel to a 3 star level.

The only parking issues I found instead was a great place with extraordinary services and staffing with green atmosphere, environment and for kids there is seperate place that's all impressive and Loved it

We have been part of Oyo for nearly 2 years now, but this particular property was so disappointing that it was hard to believe that people at OYO would be so neglectful towards selecting this property and not only this they have provided it in the name of flagship with OYO. For any other person to not be fooled by this I am taking enough time to give you a detailed review of this particular property. Listing down the know hows before anyone further think of chosing the property 1- The location of the property is next to the cargo area where it is surrounded by public toilet, sewage pipelines . The front view of the property holds a butchers shop to welcome you. 2- The rooms are disgusting enough smelling of seepage and cigratte. The curtains were full of dust and the bedsheets were torn and untidy. 3- The staff is disrespectful, rude & non cooperative. The room service was not at all in place and it took nearly 1.5-3 hrs and a number of calls to the reception for even changing of towels and bedsheets. 4- The food quality was not very good however it was atleast served so we were grateful. The most disheartening experience was when people at OYO were not of any help in providing us a better alternative or even a solution to say in particular for what can be done against the mistreatment we had to go through at their so called flagship property. Will have to reconsider booking with OYO ever again. PS- If only there was an option for providing a review rating of -5 On 5 I would have definitely went ahead with that ...

Though hotel is in a slum neighborhood, it's good for Airport transfer. Service of the Hotel is excellent. They provide very nice Airport transfer @200 Rs/trip. Overall very good for staying near Airport, close to both Domestic & International airport (distance to both airport 3KM).
