"Did not get a good sleep"

The location was good

Our room (135) had a boiler or some mechanical unit in a closet in the bedroom. This turned on frequently during the night and was VERY loud. Did not get much sleep

"Great stay, comfortable rooms good breakfast"

Good location, very nice amenities breakfast was really good and the room was big and cofortable

I would say the breakfast time during week days was too early (6 am until 9) , for people who go there for business I think it’s s ok but not for people who wants to sleep a little bit more during their vacations, we usually had to rush because at 9 am everything was wrapped up but It’s just a personal preference I don’t know if it works for the rest of the guests

air conditioner was noisy, had to move to another room. Coffee off hours usually ran out. Understaffed. Breakfast only 6-8am, not 6-9 as advertised. Staff pleasant enough, but appeared overworked.

"lovely, would stay again"

quiet, comfy room and beds. plenty of room, nice kitchen. very good breakfast with runny oatmeal but yummy add-ons - pumpkin seeds, flax, coconut, craisins, and ripe bananas. good coffee.

lighting in the room. needed more, could not see well in bathroom mirror or in BR.
