The shower head didn’t spray water correctly, the tile on the floor was moving and not grouted in properly.

The room was clean, although the paint job in the bathroom was pretty sloppy. The main shortcoming was a very basic continental breakfast with few choices - no bagels, cheese, or yogurt. Just plain white bread, jam, a couple of cereals, and milk.

Our room was very dirty, mold in the bathroom, the light over the vanity didn’t work so it was very difficult to do anything near the sink. The TV kept freezing so we couldn’t even enjoy it. Stains everywhere and reeked of smoke.

The pool was not open. Apparently the Hotel was waiting on the inspector to come but never did so the pool could not open, which was extremely disappointing.

The room was dirty it was also Roaches in the room and the bathroom also the TV kept going in and out I put my do not disturb sign on the door they came in the room anyway and then had the nerve to change the towels and didn’t even empty the trash or make the bed up after entering without permission I will never stay at this dump again very poor service
