"Nice and clean room"

Easy check in, staff was extremely helpful and nice and the room was super clean

Couldn’t get a Lyft or Uber in their area. But the staff did help me with taxi service.

The room was very clean and spacious, much more than the hotels I've been to. Breakfast was amazing, the laundry room and weight room came were useful. The receptionist was very hospitable and kind.

I booked a room for two, but the Asian woman directed me to a room with two queen-size beds. She said she would charge me the double rate and that it was $276.39. She said the deposit would be refunded, but I didn't receive it.

"It felt luxury and definately an upgrade from all other hotels where we've stayed."

The room was beautiful. Had everything you could need. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. It tasted like you ordered it in a Restaurant. So many choices and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed the free cookies in the Lobby.

We have zero complaints.
