Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Place was clean, people were great. Very helpful. Breakfast was easy and tasteful!! So fresh!! The best was being able to preregister with my Hilton app. Having the key on my phone and being able to checkout via my phone! Absolutely loved it!! Great idea Hilton!! We will definitely be back and be staying at other Hilton hotels!!!

The Hampton Inn Lehighton-Jim Thorpe is conveniently located for anyone visiting Jim Thorpe and the surrounding area. The hotel is in great condition and is sparkling clean. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are spacious and make a great addition. The selection at breakfast was limited, with very few gluten free items. Another disappointment was that there was no hot water in the shower during mid-morning which is probably when everyone was taking their morning showers. The service at the reception was mixed. While some employees went out of their way to help, others seemed annoyed by our requests (not that we asked for anything beyond the standard).
