The bed was comfortable, the coffee, hot cider, and good tea choices available all day and evening. Kids loved arrival cookies and popcorn. Lots of breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we had them all to ourselves.

The pillows were too soft, I wish there was a firmer option in addition to 1 soft option as many other hotels have. However, the biggest problem was the heater that went on and off throughout the night waking us all up. In the middle of the night I just turned the heat off all together and was finally able to sleep.

Nie jest to wina hotelu ale amerykańskie śniadania nie przypadły mi do gustu. Nie bardzo rozumiem niektóre komentarze o wspaniałych śniadaniach. Przepraszam, ale dla Europejczyka one nie są wspaniałe. Aktualnie w hotelu jest remont (i to jest na plus), ale o tym są informacje w całym hotelu. Szkoda że takiej informacji nie ma na Booking.

A quick overnight stay while we went to Blue Mountain. It’s your typical quick stay so don’t except 5 star amenities & ambience. It was clean and quiet. Parking was free on site and depending what room your are assigned, you will be able to see your vehicle from the lot

Breakfast was minimal continental. It could’ve been better. My only complaint about breakfast was the eggs were watery! Definitely not real eggs. I opted for a toasted bagel with coffee & juice. The morning staff turned on the toaster for me because I barely made it to breakfast as they were preparing to close so thank you to that one staff on that morning. I will say, most of the staff - not front desk- seemed unkept. I know that’s a strong word but I heard someone say the kitchen staff and a few housekeepers need to have a stricter/ proper dress code, especially having neater hair. And I agree. It didn’t bother me but I can see why, they seem unapproachable.

Clean & nice! The pool and hot tub were great entertainment for the kids and although we didn’t get a chance to use it, there was a nice commons Area with a fire pit and all that looked cozy and relaxing outside. My kids especially loved the popcorn and hot chocolate upon arrival :)

It was all very nice - a little pricey, but nice.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and we loved the full-size toiletries — plus makeup remover wipes, which was such a nice touch. The indoor pool was a hit and all the kids had a great time. Would definitely come back!
