La situation géographique et l’amabilité du personnel. Pas de bruit de la route. Bonne insonorité.

Durant mon séjour de 6 nuits, on nous a deux fois pas nettoyé la chambre (car nous avions quitté notre chambre seulement après 10h00). Seulement un armoire derrière un miroir à notre disposition. Par contre, nous entendions bien les pas des gens de l’étage au-dessus de nous.

"It was calm, easy location to get to places, safe, air conditioned throughout. And very convinient overall"

I loved the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming toooooo🥺. I wish I carried cash to tip them all! There is security at the door all the time so I genuinely felt safe There’s a fridge and microwave!!!!!!! This was so cool

The bath tub had scratches which I initially thought was dirt but the house keeper educated me about their plan to refurbish the bathrooms

The safety of the Hotel was very impressive to me, and the care that the front desk and management showed says alot. And I definitely cannot forget the champagne on ice for our Anniversary was a definite win. Thanks and we will definitely be staying there again the next time we're in Houston.

Housekeeping waiting until we left to enter room especially when we had the do not disturb sign hung on the door

The location was perfect. Not too crowded.

The back up self parking lot can be a bit better. It gets very cramped.
