The Hotel is really nice I wish I knew beforehand that the hotel has security in the front and have to go through it every time you leave and come back and check your items as well

Great standard, very clean

This is the second one I stayed at your hotel. Everything was perfect but the only thing bad was of how loud and noisy it could get as a result of the gambling.

Nice staff clean rooms

Affordable yet clean & luxurious. Although I’m not a poker player, guests who just had rooms had the essentials.

Didn’t operate as a full hotel with some services you’d find elsewhere. Laundry services aren’t expected everywhere, especially 3-star hotels, but when I saw a laundry form and bag in the closet and needed clothes taken care of before a meeting I had the next morning, I was disappointed to hear they didn’t offer such service. I wish they did room service, and the restaurant they had was more accessible. I might not have listened as well as I should’ve but room service was never communicated to me.

Nous n avons pas aimé : Certaines chambres sentent très mauvais tabac fort ou herbes, impossible de dormir, on a dû changer de chambre le lendemain, le robinet de la douche est monté à l'enve rs on s'est lavé à l'eau très chaude durant tout le séjour, la penderie est caché derrière le miroir . Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté , l'hyper sécurité car c'est aussi une sorte de casino-hôtel.

I feel safe all the time I got there very late, and leave the hotel 5 am they have security at the parking lot
