"Really friendly staff in a great value accommodation."

Room was clean and staff (especially George) went above and beyond. It was great having kitchen facilities and being so close to the tram.

The room was a bit small and lacked decoration. I would have loved at least a poster on the wall. The wifi was also inconsistent, and for a longer stay it was frustrating to have to continuously log in.

"Good, central option for short term stays close to food options and public transport in Melbourne."

Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom had the first and only decent working fan I have ever had in paid accomodation. Excellent location. Close to public transport options and short walk to many food and cafe options. Will return for future weekend visits to Melbourne.

No lift is a problem with heavy bags. The common areas look a bit tired. Our family room had nowhere to store bags, or even have them remain open during our stay, other than the floor and in the way of general moving around the room. Family room definitely needs more than one hanger in the tiny 15cm gap that was the hanging space.
