El persona de recepción muy atento y amable. Las instalaciones se encuentran muy ubicadas, frente a un centro comercial, Oxxo en la esquina , literal a 10 metros, cerca de restaurantes, y las habitaciones muy limpias, y amplias. Sin dudarlo me hospedaria nuevamente aquí. Muy recomendable

No hay servicio de restaurante ni servicio de cocina, tampoco hay frigorífico donde puedas guardar alimento. El alimento unicamente se puede conseguir en la plaza y en el Oxxo (sin que necesite refrigeración porque no hay donde). No ponen toalla de manos.
ESEstá cerca de xcaret, pero no lo recomiendo para nada.
Muchísimo ruido, tanto de la carretera principal como de los huéspedes a horas bien entrada la noche. Es un hotel muy básico, las camas incómodas

MXQue había una plaza frente al hotel y las avenidas que están cerca parece que eran avenidas principales muy transitadas y también vi bastantes taxis y transporte público por ahí.
Solo que no me mencionaron lo de la comisión, el precio que vi en línea fue de 680 y tantos y ya en el hotel me dijeron que eran 800 y fracción y me mostraron el papel de la solicitud en línea donde mencionaba los 681 y tenía aparte uno monto de 120 y tantos que era una comisión según lo que leí. Me habría gustado saber el monto total que tenía que pagar al final, tomando en cuenta que hubiera ido con el dinero medido.
