I recently stayed at Rodas Ecotel Hotel, for 8 nights with my 83-year-old dad, and our experience was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, eco-friendly, and provides a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for our stay. A special mention goes to Sagar, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference. He was always ready to assist, ensuring that everything went smoothly for us. Traveling with an elderly parent can sometimes be challenging, but we had no issues at all. Kitchen team cooked our pasta to perfection,making it soft and easy for my Dad to chew. Thanks to the hotel’s thoughtful service and supportive team. The housekeeping team was excellent, always keeping our room spotless and greeting us with warm smiles every day. The rooms were clean and cozy, the food was delicious, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Staff at the entrance door were also very good. Always helping my dad get in and out of Ubers safely,which i truly appreciated. I must say cheerful attitude of each and every staff has added a lovely personal touch to our stay! I highly recommend Rodas Ecotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. And if you meet Sagar during your visit, you’ll be in excellent hands!

Location and the staff (Mitul, Vikas, Ms. Tanvee at the front desk is excellent as usual). Parabola staff and the in room dining staff are always great! They go over and above to meet the comfort of their guests. Professional and courteous. Airport pick up and drop off were seamless even after midnight.

I can't find anything with the staff. However, Rodas must improve on the wifi. It was struggling most of the time. Staff were always trying to resolve the issue with a smile. Kudos to them!
