Ensuite in every room. Really big living area. Has a bath tub. Lake front. 10 minutes to town, 6 minutes to the Remarkables shopping centre, 10 minutes to the airport. Plenty of car parks

No heated towel rack. No smart TV. Outdoor furniture is very dated.

Everything, great location especially being close to the airport and the wedding Avenue we were attending at Stoneridge Estate. Very clean apartment and lovely big windows with a view of the water!

Nothing that could be helped like the public walking trail just outside but it gave us an activity to do with the locals.

Away from the hustle of the town, But you will need a car as its not close to much.

The provided room description was misleading. The room size was stated as 30 sq m whereas the actual size (bathroom included) was approximately 24 sq m. Not a big deal but this was not the only discrepancy. For example, the room description included the following thins that actually were not present: - full-sized refrigerator/freezer - kitchen - oven - stovetop - dishwasher As travelers we have dietary restrictions and ability to cook is essential in our room selection. Availability of stove and oven was a deciding factor when we were booking the room. In reality, the room had a small corner cabinet with microwave, toaster and a kettle. We were very disappointed with such a misleading description. The room itself was clean, the air conditioner worked nicely. We were unable to find Netflix on TV although this feature was also stated in the room description. The hotel itself is closer to the airport than to Queenstown itself but we found it convenient. Even though a public transportation is an option we walked in and out of town every day using a very nice trail along the lake shore.

Handy location to both Queenstown and Five Mile/Airport. Right beside like and lakeside track. Comfortable bed and all the facilities required for a short stay.

The trade off for the great location is that the apartment is close to the main road into Queenstown so was occasionally noisy at night

Location is fantastic.

no housekeeping during the two weeks staying is bit too long, and no clear facilities if I wanted to clean up myself.

Plenty of space, close to the shops and beautiful views.

There wasn’t any options to stream on the tv and nowhere to wash the dishes that were provided.
