It was clean on arrival and I liked the code on the door and not having to worry about keys.

With a 5 day stay no cleaning is done at all and if you want it done they charge more. So no fresh towels, no bins empty. The location was nice on the river but the great eats were in Queenstown, 3km away and parking is mostly pay parking. The information booklet in the room was full of cross outs with items that don't apply to this room. The shower needs some love. Also not so sure about the sound proof, with a door between the rooms we heard our neighbours and I'm guessing they heard us also.

Tidy apartment. A bed was good as well.

The walls are very thin so you can basically just hear everything. Would also appreciate to have a little stove rather than a microwave.

Good location. Having cream carpet a very bad idea. For a new property the carpet in our apartment already stained.

We spend 2 nights over Christmas period and were very comfortable and able to relax for what was 1/2 way through or road trip around the South Island. We’re able to wash our clothes, cook up a lovely Christmas dinner and even decorate a bit. It rained on one day and it was nice to just sit and relax and rest up. Was a short drive into QT but were were glad to be away from the hustle and bustle and relax looking over the water and into the mountains. Communication with staff was all via the Ap message system and was ideal and they were very helpful. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable bed and easy to locate.

I like the modern room layout with plenty of natural light.
