O hotel é muito confortável e bem localizado. O serviço e o café de manhã são muito bons.

As bacias dos banheiros do 11. andar não funcionam direito, parecem estar sempre entupidas. Já fiquei outras vezes neste andar e a situação é a mesma!!

Das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und gut. Da ich einen längeren Aufenthalt hatte, fragte ich nach einem Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk. Für meine letzte Nacht wurde mir eine Suite im 11. Stock angeboten. Der Aufpreis hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Die Aussicht über La Paz war beeindruckend. Bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt würde ich direkt ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen reservieren.

Der Spa- und Poolbereich wird ebenfalls von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern betreut, wirkt aber insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen. Der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer war relativ laut, insbesondere nachts. Außerdem gab es während meines Aufenthalts mehrfach Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten. Das Hotel könnte hier von einem moderneren Schließsystem profitieren. Positiv hervorzuheben ist allerdings, dass die Mitarbeiter die Probleme stets schnell und sehr freundlich gelöst haben.

Clean room with excellent view of the mountains. Friendly staffs. Close to green line of the city cable care, convenient.

Gym has smell due to air con issue; breakfast has limited choice

"Great hotel proving hi-altitude support with excellent value for money"

Excellent hotel providing medical support for sickness related to high altitude. Essential for first timers to La Paz from "low countries". Nice views from higher floors. Large suite with nice facilities. 5 walk from purple cable car.

Breakfast could be better so that the hotel can be truly 5-star.
