"Money hungry hotel not what expected of the name and price"

Breakfast cook was amazing very friendly

1st I asked for lower level several times on booking, email and calling. Each time no one knew anything about it. 2nd I was told I would get a daily gift for premium room or some sort 3rd a/c didn't work made 2 request to get it fixed 4th remote didn't work 5th under cabinet was not clean and stained Explain to front desk no one seemed to care I was going to stay another maybe 2 but no accommodations were made no sympathy to the problems I had so went to a different hotel relieved a suite free upgrade after I told them the experience I had at your hotel. They also wanted to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect. They went far a beyond with customer service.
