This location is ideal for shopping.

The rooms were not as clean as I would like. The first room was really hot. The staff changed our room and we were more comfortable.

Everything was clean. Martavius was great! He gave the best customer service!

The show could have been cleaned better

Easy t park and walk around

Air conditioning did not work. Warm weather. We would wake up during the night from the heat. Woke up sweaty. Reported problem to front desk. Maintenance man came by. Problem not fixed Social hour - bartender rude acted like we were a nuisance social hour snacks - not worth the effort. Two little plastic drinks w watered down beverage n a few peanuts - served by a bartender who did not want to be there- terrible atmosphere.

I picked this hotel for my wedding night and I regret it heavily. I picked this hotel because of the location and brand. This was a full disappointment. My bride, in full wedding gown, had to carry luggage down from the 3th floor of the parking area because the parking garage elevator was broken, no valet parking service and no staff to help with bags. The room had poor lighting and stains of blood or some type of wine splash were on the walls. When I tried to call the front desk there was no answer and the automated system said that they would call back, it never happened. The gentleman handling the omelet station during breakfast was rude with the people if they were to leave the line. I understand it can be frustrating, but being rude towards someone will not resolve anything. Also, through out our stay, there was a very strong smell of Marijuana. I understand it is not the staff fault but we looked for this brand to stay away from this atmosphere and we ended with a bad experience.

Staff were not responding on landline phone, on cell phone and not even when we came down and requested our requirements.
