"Satisfying stay, would stay again if we were in the area."

Our room was very clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that we didn't use. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good to have before we hit the road.

Wanted to check in a little early to relax and get ready for a family surprise party we were attending, but was told that it would be a $20 charge. If the room is ready, why try to nickel and dime your guests?

I am disabled and the staff listened to my needs and chosen a perfect room in regards to where I needed to go in the resort. I really appreciated that.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. The tub had a lot of hair from a previous guest and I had to clean it before using it.

Charged us an extra $20 for checking in one hour early. There was no hot water in our room (#124). The individual who checked us in followed us to our room and confirmed this to be the case. She offered us another room. We checked the shower in the proposed room together and found there to be no hot water in that room either. The bed pillows were not comfortable at all.
