Dingle Benners Hotel

We were lucky enough to get one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was gorgeous. Staff were great, breakfast was delicious, would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Dingle.

I rang Benners hotel at 9pm on a Thursday night seeking accommodation for the Friday night. It was just for one night on a bed and breakfast basis, for a funeral. Two adults and a teenager. Luke took my call and said there was one room left that had a pull out bed, but asked me to give him an hour to see what he could do. In the phone call at 10pm, Breda told me that there was a family room reserved for us. The price quoted was very good also. When we arrived on Friday, we were made very welcome by Rebecca, and had a wonderful large room with a large, very comfortable, king size bed and a large comfortable single bed. A walk in, very spacious shower, complete with complimentary toiletries. A large, flat screen TV, and really spacious room made the visit very relaxing and just what we needed. Customer service is on another much higher level than many others. The breakfast is a two part affair of buffet for cereal, juice, pastries etc, followed by a hot breakfast chosen from the printed menu, served to the table. It is a very comfortable, well appointed, friendly hotel which is situated right in the middle of the beautiful town of Daingean Uí Chuís, or Dingle where I would be very happy to return again.

Lovely staff very friendly.Room was very spacious and old world with a fire place and 4 poster bed.Had our dinner in front bar which was delicious and waitress was very friendly.Breakfast was made to order it was lovely.I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing time .

This is an outstanding hotel! Elena at reception went above and beyond during our stay. She took ownership of making sure our visit was perfect. The room was beautiful, well equipped and had lots of electrical plugs. The bathroom was huge with a great deep tub. The location for exploring was perfect. Free easy parking.

Ideally located in dingle town centre The car park area is small We were welcomed by receptionist who booked us in slightly earlier than the check in time which was appreciated We were happy with the room which was very good value including breakfast It was warm and comfortable We ate both lunch and dinner in the front bar We were both happy with the food which was quite tasty We would return here to stay

Frostiest and ignorant reception from bar manager. Came across as a snob looking down on us. Arrived with our 8 week old for a cup of tea and maybe some small food. Place was quiet. No smile, no hello, no welcome, just " if you're not getting food you're not allowed in the bar, go to the lobby" We went to the lobby. The Same man arrived , believe his name is Zayed or something similar, said "what do you want?" How would we know. Got no menus, no nothing. Didn't bother getting anything. Complained to the general manager who was apologetic and said he had similar problems before. Not good enough, need to do better training then clearly. Dingle is well known as a tourist town full of warm welcomes, we won't be back. Massive let down on what was supposed to be a nice relaxing day out. Felt like our business wasn't wanted.

Benner’s is the quintessential Irish small hotel. Delicious food , cozy places for tea or coffee , great breakfast. It also now has more parking than it did 10 years ago. Great location in the middle of Dingle!

The service was very good. The mattresses and some of the furnishings were worn; you could feel the springs in the mattress. For the price, not what was expected. The free car park was great; parking is at a premium in town.

Excellent location with ample parking at the rear. Benners has a warm homely welcome along with assured ambience. Rooms beautifully decorated,spacious and full of character. Breakfast was served to order. All in all Benners has character and different from the usual boutique hotels.

Great location in middle of downtown, staff was personable and informative. Celebrating our 40 th anniversary and unbeknownst to me my husband contacted the hotel before hand to have flowers and treats available upon our arrival. The staff went above and beyond, much appreciated.
