Quiet, convenient and easy to access to the city.

Didn’t like on the driving to the hotel which we got into an accident with the Transperth bus, that I believed it’s not my fault but it’s still quite dangerous when turning to the hotel.

I liked how quick and easy it was to clear up all the paperwork amd how easy acess to parking is. The staff is pleasent and easy to work with especially during some of my scuffles I obtained. The minute I slipped into bed I melted away into dreamland. Oh and the bar service was wounderfull, quick and refreshing drinks service efficiently.

The only thing that I noticed was a few of the hinges on the bathroom door leading towards the main room entraces need maintence and besides the wobbly door handles on some of the doors everything else was fine.~ The only thing I wished for the food side of the bar would door is serve up a Hotter [not spicey] just Warmer Ristto meal <3

The location

Location is central. Overall it is clean.

Poor attention to details - Variable house keeping standards; there is always something missing - missing feet towel or hand towel. Kitchen has minimal utensils. No teapot. Coffee and tea didn’t get refilled.

The location is great and very clean apartments.

Some facilities in the apartment are outdated eg poor air conditioning and old TVs and programs.

Good location next to bus station and metro rail. Near to Esplanade and jetty. Value for money

Reception staff can be abit friendlier; housekeeping team was more friendly and accomodating

Location - was walking distance to Elizabeth Quay, Barrack St Jetty, Hay St. Fully equipped hotel room. Very comfy beds.

Rooms did not receive housekeeping each day. Bathrooms a bit dated but ok.

Roomy, clean, smelled good, parking onsite, bathtub, comfortable sheets. Cutlery, plates and bowls and cups. And big fridge with freezer. Washing machine and dryer. Relatively decent price.

Shower water wasnt hot which was annoying. Also the kitchen extractor fan didn’t work. The pillows were barely comfortable. Felt like limited airflow in bedroom. Hand wash at bathroom sink was empty. $200 damage bond was a bit much.
