Quiet hotel with great location

One night stay as a family of five; booked two rooms (1adult + 1 child and 1 adult + 2 children) but got no extra bed (should have been provided for under 6 according to the hotel description). The rooms are pretty worn out, broken sink, poor utensils. The worst was the abscence of air conditioning, coupled with the heat outside (above +30) it felt like a sauna and impossible to sleep for both adukts and kids. Avoid this dump at extreme weather. The pluses should also be mentioned (and they moved the needle a bit from a complete disaster): close to the train and bus stations, walking distance to the city centre, excellent WiFi. The breakfast was good, with hot and cold dishes, nothing special. The breakfast room felt more a canteen than a restaurant. Overall a disappointing experience.

Nice place in the heart of town . Rooms need updating . Very friendly staff . If you choose to have breakfast you won’t be disappointed.

I liked this hotel because it has all what I need. I paid for city view window and got what I wanted. Hotel is close to historical part of the city. And when you fly you can see hotel from the sky as it is on the top. Inside it is a pretty typical hotel building with not much to say about. Personnel are mostly young kids but receptionists are older professional stuff. Room was clean and modern, not too small. Breakfast was also good. Airport is 10-15 minutes uber drive or there is a bus (line 1 an 2) that will bring you to airport for 1 euro.

Great place to stay, very convenient for explores of the Old town and walkable to many important places. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and caring! Rooms are clean, and breakfast is absolutely wonderful! Definitely would stay here again!

In a 4 nights stay was no service and the room was never cleaned. Of course we could have asked, but it was not necessary. It’s just strange because other hotels even with lower stars do room service every day.

No air conditioning made the room quite hot. Fan was used and did help

I was impressed of front desk customer service! Room was very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was delicious. We plan to stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect!

In room on sink was mens hair! I told in reception,in reception women wasn't professional. She was talking with cleaner by phone and I was waiting when she give me answer about room,but she ignored me. And in the room pillow case was dirty. And no shampoo.

Reception staff were very polite and friendly, quick and easy check in. Room I got on the 4 floor with the beautiful view of Vilnius city centre! Will definitely stay there again.
