Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa - Adults only

Good hotel, close to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately there is building work nearby, which starts at 8am and at the moment very noisy. Disappointed that you have to pay extra for the use of the safe, unless you paid for a premium room. It would be good to have a night light in the bathroom, as there is a lot of glass to avoid, without having to put all the lights on.

A very nice hotel well positioned for Benidorm Palace and the excellent Sinatras music bar. Clean communal areas in good condition. Bathrooms in the rooms are a little tired. Good selection for breakfast though the cooked parts were quite cold.

The hotel is good , food could be a little warmer. However the exterior building work is absolutely horrendous. It starts at 730am and is still going at 730pm , the constant drilling and banging ruins any hope of sleeping in the morning or even relaxing in your room during the day. I would never stay at this hotel again until the building work is completed. I spent 20 days here and although it was a good holiday the building work ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

The place is very clean The staff are friendly The food choice is great especially english style food like full breakfast if you want it freshly made pizza daily and pasta and loads of meat cooked by the chef so you will never go hungry It can get a little cold the food if you dont go early or you arrive late so my advice get it whrn it first opens The only negative the spa wasnt great 4 things to do and 2 were cold not 35 degrees as advertised and the fact its 18 euros per day on top of what you have already paid for your holiday I would certainly sray again

Fair selection of food but was always very cold, if you like your food warm or hot then you have problems. Rooms are basic Bar staff were excellent Only thing also is your all inclusive, check out is at 12 o’clock and your all inclusive finishes then all - no more drink after this time. You are allowed to go for Lucy only after this and you are allowed a drink then but nothing else. Also asked for a late checkout and was advised that this would not be possible as it was too busy in the hotel which I am surprised about, after all its January and not July or August.

Easy Check in. helpful reception staff. Large room with great views. Good location. A 2 day stay. No Spa available, on day 1. water jets not working, on day 2. no hot water. No UK TV as advertised. Maintainence said that they would fix & get back to me. They didn't fix or get back. Had to request bathroom Soap & Shampoo.

We stayed here for one night. Disspointed that we were not made aware of major building and demolitions works both next door and over the road where they were breaking concrete from around 8am We found the room uncomfortably hot, the airconditionong does not currently appear to be on although is advertised through Expedia as having airconditioning. Food was ok, but a lot was cold.

I've stayed here a few times now and it's consistently good. Rooms are large and clean and the area is perfect being 10 mins walk from the action (and the noise!) but having some good options to eat and drink on the doorstep

Hotel was great as usual. The bit of building noise was cut down by using closed doors and black out drapes. No work at weekends helped!!!. Very friendly lounge bar staff which was good. Well worth staying.

Good selection at breakfast but staff quite slow when cooking. Hotel room was way too hot and aircon not working at all. Other people had same issues but staff don’t advise you of this on check in. My view this is a 3.5* and not 4*. A pleasant stay but would try somewhere else if I came back here again.
