"It was just ok"

Microtel was economical.

When we got there the desk attendant was outside in the back. Even when we called using the desk phone, a laundry person had to find her. The bed was very hard. The walls were thin so we heard everything from other rooms. Our faucet in the bathtub was stuck so only the shower worked.

"Needs an update and much needed deep cleaning!"

The beds were comfortable

There were wholes in the walls, mold on the bathroom ceilings, tiles broken and loose in the bathroom, stains on the tiles and ceilings, and some sort of huge stain on the carpeted floor. The hotel is in need of an upgrade and painting!

"Miserable. Will never go back to this place. So unclean. Felt like an inner city motel."

It was close to Holland.

Everything else. For the amount of money I paid foe 2 nights was $500. This hotel looked and felt like a motel. Nothing was clean in the room. Bathroom floor was sticky. Tables and remote for TV were sticky. Sheets had stains in them. Walls had scuff marks all over them. Even the soap dispenser was dirty. How does that happen? I would not have. Paid $75 a night for this place the way it looked. How was it $500? I would give it a zero if I could.
