Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

Clean room, comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Very attentive & Friendly staff. Spacious room. Bathroom is also spacious but the door and walls could use some paint. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The facility had an odor on arrival, the desk was managed by an expressionless women, who answered phones, and managed complaints, and checked in quests. There were about five people waiting when an existing quest came and loudly proclaimed not to use the room menu because she had waited 3 hours and never received her food. We were finally checked in, but the odor was worse in our room and we turned around and left. When we attempted to check out and get our money back, we were told she couldn't do that. Only the general manager , who was not there. We were handed a card and left.

Very convenient to airport. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful.

First room next to the pool smelled very moist and mildeweeeeeee. 2nd room the bathroom sink was very clogged.

Pick up and drop off at airport were efficient and free. We were able to pay to leave our vehicle there. It had a well lit parking lot. The breakfast was available at 4 am and they had a good variety and it was fresh with a clean environment.

When we first got there, we were told the room with the king bed that we reserved online was no longer available so she asked if we could be moved to a double. We asked if there’s anything else and she put us in a handicap room with a king bed. The hot tub was lukewarm somewhat like bathtub water. Breakfast was very good.
