Location

Had issues getting the key card to work in our room door. Had to slide several times. When we addressed the issue with a staff member she mentioned the building is under renovation and they will be replacing those entry locks.

Close to the airport. Breakfast setup is nice. The bed is big. The towels were very nice.

Arrived 15 minutes early only to be told that they charge by the minute to let us check in early. Even though the room was ready. Was told it could be $50. Pillows on the bed are very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was so nasty, the tile floor had black all in the grout lines near the tub. The room was very out dated. Supposed to be non-smoking but the smell of smoke was overwhelming in the hallways. The manager (lady) in the office has no people skills. Even the very nice clerk at the counter realized it. The location even though it was close to the airport was very loud from the store across the road. Shady people... Had one come up to us at 4:00 am when we were leaving trying to get money.
