Tolle Anlage an einem schönen Strand. Gutes Buffet und sehr serviceorientiertes Personal.

We came by the end of September so weather was so so. The pools were cold but the sea temperature is still for swimming. The hotel is elegant and you immediately feel on a vacation. The food indeed very good especially dinner. Take half-board! . The kids loved the water park which is much more than you usually get from hotel water slides. The gym is very nice equipped and with A/C. Wonderful Mediterranean view from every room and every spot. Good hot shower with good water pressure and nice amenities. Nesspresso machine and capsules in every room. Kids have even free lunch with great pizza etc. And can get free sweets at the pool of neiboured Oasis hotel and use the pools there. All this in a green surroundings like forest. A great hotel if you have a good weather.

Breakfast ends on 10:30 sharp! Gym on 18:30! No carpets in thr rooms so you feel the sand you brought on your shoes from the beach.

Το All inclusive θα έπρεπε να παρέχει και φαγητό στο εστιατόριο τους,και να υπάρχει ενημέρωση για τον τρόπο πληρωμής εξ αρχής.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό. Υπέροχη παραλία ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο, ωραίες πισίνες κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, spa κ.τ.λ.

Ότι έβρεξε και ο διάδρομος όπου βρίσκονται τα δωμάτια γέμισε όλος με νερά. Έπρεπε να υπάρχουν προστατευτικά τζάμια ή πλαστικά στα (τεράστια) ανοίγματα. Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια που μέναμε για να αποκτήσει την παλιά του αίγλη. Δεν αρκεί μόνο το βάψιμο...

Amazing breakfast at Grecotel Mandola Rosa! Lots of choices, super fresh and tasty, and the staff were so friendly. A perfect start to the day!

My family stay at Grecotel Mandola Rosa was unfortunately very disappointing. We had booked a beautiful sea-view room at Olympia Riviera, but the hotel offered us what they called an ‘upgrade’ to Mandola Rosa. In reality, this was a downgrade — instead of the sea view we had chosen, we were given a back-facing room overlooking the parking lot. After complaining, the hotel moved us the next day to a front-facing room, but the experience became much worse when we discovered that the mattress had bedbugs. This was extremely unpleasant and stressful, especially for a resort of this level, where we expected much higher standards of comfort, cleanliness, and honesty about room upgrades.
