Bel hôtel . Service impeccable par un personnel accueillant, sympathique, prêt à vous aider à tout moment . Restauration très variée et de très bonne qualité. Les buffets sont variés avec un plus pour la cuisine crétoise particulièrement savoureuse. Dommage que le restaurant italien ne soit ouvert que 3 fois par semaine avec menu unique. Un grand bravo au service de ce restaurant plein d humour , et d élégance.

Fantastisk personal. Trevliga, kunniga hjälpsamma, glada, service inriktade.....Jag reser mycket, men detta hotell kunde inta ha bättre personal. Eftersom personalen var så fantastisk såg jag mellan fingrarna att: rummet var DEFTINITIVT INTE 4 stjärnigt.

Took my friend and her daughter away for their birthdays, the service was exceptional, the hotel entertainment team round the pool were fantastic, got to try scuba diving in the clean pool and the beach was fab too.plus a wide and varied choice of food and drinks being all inclusive.
Excellent food and lovely staff. Beautiful gardens. Very disappointed that the advertised fitness centre belonged to another hotel, cost 6 euros and consisted of five pieces of equipment in a tiny room. The hotel should not advertise that they have a fitness centre, as this is misleading.
Iso hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla jos on autolla liikkeellä. Kiva hiekkaranta aivan hotellin vieressä, saimme isomman perhehuoneen samaan hintaan. All inclusive ihan riittävä, tosin jos meni myöhemmin illalliselle niin osa ruoista oli loppunut. Uutta tuotiin tilalle mutta se kesti kauan. Ruoka kohtuullista. Allasalue ja puutarha kiva, hotellin ympäristö hyvin hoidettu, hieno ja vihreä. Ihan ok hinta-laatusuhde.

Πολυ ομορφο ξενοδοχειο,το προσωπικο ηταν ευγενεστατο,η πισινα με θαλασσινο νερο κ πολυ πολυ φαγητο....
Som helhet är hotellet bra, maten varierande och god (mycket att välja på). Rummen har en bra standard, inget att klaga på allt fanns och helt. Städningen riktigt bra. Två saker att tänka på är, hotellet har värdeskåp i receptionen (inte på rummet) och du får en nyckel till värdeskåpet..... var ska då denna gömmas? Privat strand finns men solstolar ingår inte i priset på stranden, kostar 3,50€ per stol och dag. En annan sak, buss till Rethymon tar 30-60minuter.... fast avståndet är 14km. Hotellet ligger lite avsides. En vistelse här ger väldigt mycket avkoppling. Det finns två supermarkets precis utanför hotellet (mycket billigare än den på hotellet), en Bankomat (ATM) finns c:a 150m från hotellet. Orsaken till att vi inte ger mer än 3 i betyg är att strömmen går för jämnan på kvällarna, 2-4gånger per dag. Under våran vistelse så gick brandlarmet igång (2gånger), visade sig vara tekniskt fel.
