Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour terminer notre séjour en beauté, pensant trouver un lieu calme et bien placé, mais l'expérience a été malheureusement très décevante. Le seul véritable point positif à souligner est le système de check-in autonome avec boîtes à clés ; c'est extrêmement pratique lorsque l'on arrive à une heure incertaine et cela permet une installation sans stress. Cependant, je dois rejoindre les avis négatifs concernant le repos, car il nous a été impossible de bien dormir malgré une literie pourtant très confortable. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone du quartier nord de Corralejo qui manque de charme, mais surtout, les chambres donnent sur une zone de gestion des déchets. Entre les restaurants environnants qui jettent leur verre jusqu'à 2h30 du matin, le passage des camions poubelles à 4h, puis le nettoyage municipal à 6h, le vacarme est incessant. Sans une isolation phonique sérieuse des fenêtres, cet établissement ne peut malheureusement pas être qualifié de lieu de repos. Plus globalement, l'hôtel donne une triste impression d'abandon qui gâche le concept initial mêlant urbanisme et nature. Notre chambre sentait le renfermé/humidité. Les fontaines ne fonctionnent plus et les vitres du rooftop sont fissurées, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement qui se veut de standing.

La verdad que siempre repito por la ubicación y el apto es cómodo. Pero tengo que reconocer que las instalaciones sobre todo las de arriba ya están deterioradas y un poco abandonadas.

The room was clean and practical, that's about all we liked

Where do we start? So many things! We arrived late on Friday night for a 7 night stay. Our room overlooked a busy street with public waste and recycling bins directly below us. The window did not keep out the noise from people depositing rubbish, particularly bottles, late into the night was very distracting - no sleep. Then about 0100, bars and restaurants started dumping their empties into the glass recycling bins - more noise! Then, to add insult to injury, a number of council trucks came between 0400 and 0600 to empty the bins! More noise, no sleep. Reception is only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1600, so we had to use the "emergency" WhatsApp number to express our dissatisfaction and request a room change, but we didn't hear back from them until Monday, by which time we had moved to another hotel. In addition, the rooftop solarium was not as attractive as appeared in the photos, with cracked wall glass and loose floor tiles. The sun lounger mattresses looked like they had been left out all winter, as they were shabby and dirty. The two jacuzzi tubs were out of action and the "cocktail bar" did not open while we were there. On Monday, we did get a response, but it appeared to be a generic as it referred to issues which we didn't actually raise! We replied, confirming we had checked out on Sunday and requested a refund of our unused stay. We eventually got a response apologising for the noise problems and agreeing the refund, which we still haven't received, hence this review!
