We booked this spot expecting a clean, modern stay with a glass shower and a balcony... our version of hotel bliss. The photos promised both. Reality? Curtain shower. Dirty balcony. Immediate letdown. To their credit, staff was quick to respond and got the balcony cleaned right away. And the room itself was fine... clean, functional, no major complaints. But once you have a vision of glass and fresh air and it doesn’t land… it’s hard to unsee. The bed was okay. Not amazing, not terrible. You’ll sleep, but you won’t rave about it. Location is solid, close to both Boulder and Denver, with easy free parking and a safe feel all around. It's also walkable to grocery stores and some dining, which was great for my husband while I had the car during the "work" day. Overall? It did the job. But the details matter... especially when you’re on the road as much as we are. This place is close to being a repeat stay, but not quite there without seeing other options first.

We have been staying here for a few years. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. We ran the Bolder Boulder and they were happy to give us an extended checkout time so we could shower. The only two things that could use improvement are adding microwaves in the rooms and maybe having more options in creamers to add to the Starbucks coffee.

Toilets in guest room need to be reconsidered for older, not necessarily handicapped, guests. Toilet was so close to the ground it was hard to get up, and there was no grab bar. Also, the distance between the toilet seat and water was so minimal that, when wiping, my hand dipped into the water. Truly disgusting.
