The Adobe Rose is a charming six unit B & B located within walking distance of the University of Arizona. The unit we stayed in is a small stand alone casita, nicely and comfortably furnished. The innkeepers were friendly and engaging and a joy to stay with. The three course breakfasts--fruit, main course, and baked good--were consistently delicious. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Location was good and in a quiet neighbourhood.Property was run down and tired.The door to our casita needed repair and the heating did not work. we were freezing and it was so cold we could not use the shower in the morning.Very disappointing.Care takers know of these problems and gave us this room anyway.

"Hidden gem near U of A"

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Tucson - especially the university area. Hoping to come back many times in the future. Food was delicious, they accommodated my daughter who is vegan. Room was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area, hope next time it is warm enough to swim.
