Excellent, highly recommended

I stayed for two nights while in NO for my first time. It was flawless. The management was great. The location was absolutely prime. The trolley was literally right around the corner to take into the French Quarter. They had a secure parking area with a gate. The entire property felt safe. The building itself is absolutely fantastic. Classic in all the best ways. It’s old mixed with the new. My stay and time in general in NO was unforgettable and I can’t wait to return.

We had the best breakfast of our tour in USA. A lot of things, good bread and NO plastic. The hotel is already old. Our room was small and smelled a little bit as old houses do.

Staff super nice, particularly Beatrice, who was serving breakfast. Great location - short streetcar ride into the French quarter and also start of Garden District. Historic old house very lovely. Rooms comfortable, obviously a bit dated, but so what. Wonderful place to stay.

me and my wifey stayed, all I can say it was simply the best. we will be staying here again, it was close to everything.

Our stay was pleasant at Fairchild House Bed and Breakfast. Staff member Daryl met with us as soon as we arrive. Ross was helpful over the phone. The inn keeper Beatriz was very personable and made us feel right at home. This building was built in 1941 and much effort made to keep the authenicity of house.

It's clear that the Fairchild House has a lot of potentials, and with some refurbishments, it could truly shine as a top choice for travelers seeking a personal touch and a homey atmosphere.Overall, our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we'd recommend Fairchild House Bed and Breakfast to those who value a friendly and warm environment over modern luxuries. It's a place where you're not just a guest but part of a larger family, even if just for a short while.

The staff was fantastic. The property was nostalgic, we loved the ambiance. Hate the mattress and the toilet was made for elementary school kids.

Just a great location in Garden District, close to the trolley to Canal. Staff friendly and the breakfasts were outstanding. Can recommend highly.
