Amazing location and interior, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Somehow had quite possibly the best breakfast I ever had both mornings, and the overall property and environment was perfect for the trip. Could not recommend enough and will stay there again.

I’ve stayed with Jacqui many times and it is always a wonderful, relaxing experience. The property is stunning as are the gardens and it’s in a fantastic location just steps away from Bellevue Avenue. My husband raves about the breakfast and I am obsessed with the coffee. A Newport gem! Jacqui is beyond lovely, kind and accommodating.

Beautiful space, great location, quiet, but walking distance from Cliff Walk, mansions, restaurants. The lodge has some great common space, including sitting rooms and a porch with comfortable chairs, a water fountain, and soft lights. There are coffee, sweet treats, juices, and snacks available 24 hours a day, and the breakfasts are amazing and a filling way to start a day of exploring Newport.

The property was beautiful I loved the reading rooms, porch and exquisite gardens.

We were put in a small room on the 3rd floor that is not advertised in your brochure. With the narrow staircase and a window that doesn’t open, it could be a fire trap. It was clean and pleasant but I noticed some mouse droppings under the sink on day two.
