Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Layton

What an INCREDIBLE stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Layton. The property looked beautiful from the moment my family and I entered. I was received by LLynn (assuming I spelled it right) at the front desk. She immediately welcomed me to the hotel and promptly got us checked in. Soooo Smooth. This was FANTASTIC especially because my wife and I had a gala that we needed to get to. The hotel was able to provide us with connecting rooms. What a blessing this was for my family of 6. The rooms were VERY SPACIOUS. This allowed us to spread out. The beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I slept great. The next morning we were able to try the breakfast buffet which was AMAZING! The two servers were EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE. Talk about the WOW Factor. They made my kids feel like royalty. Llynn was there again at the desk and she immediately acknowledged me and asked me how my stay was. I was SO IMPRESSED by my experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Layton and look forward to staying there again when my travels take me back. They have DEFINITELY gained a loyal member. Nice rooms and property

AC works on a sensor. If you’re not moving around in your room, it will default to 74. In the summer is quite inconvenient. I changed rooms three times until they managed to disable the thermostat and use the window unit.

Lots of food options to walk to or inside hotel. Convenient location for Aquarium, mall, harbir area. Comfortable and quiet.

There was no complimentary breakfast, there was an extra charge. The air conditioner vent filters were filthy as well as the bathroom vent. The beds and pillows were disappointing as well. If we were not paying a premium price, you can almost be a little forgiving. It was an ok experience.
