Room was clean and only complaint was the supposed but non existant breakfast. We had no other issues.

My mate had to go to office to request towels. There was NO phone in the room for a wake up call or something submit a request.
It was a nice place to stay for the night.
Cockroaches everywhere 😳😬. Needs to be condemned
wasnt able to stay. had reservations thru a booking company, received confirmation email and should have been all set. but hotel claimed i had no reservations and said it was the booking companys problem and i needed to call them. lady at check in refused to even look and my email and confirmation number and said i had no reservation and couldnt help. i had my 12 year old son with me and we had no where else to stay. its pretty sad and so unfriendly for someone in customer service to be so cold. she even had the nerve to say well you didnt pay anything and you dont have a reservation. well it was an option to pay at check in and that has nothing to do with a reservation. the booking company even received confirmation id number from the hotel confirming our reservation but the hotel clearly messed up but put blame on someone else. will never stay at travel stay coalinga or recommend them after being so impersonal.
Enough parking for my U-Haul. Easy check-in and the room was clean and cool.
There were several issues:1- mold/water damage in the bathroom ceiling/wall, 2- pigeons living in the ceiling that would scratch the back side of the canned lights over the beds, 3. unable to close the door to the room from outside (staff advised to just leave it open and they would notify housekeeping), 4. the clock radio was making such odd bursts of noise (even with the radio off and the volume down) that I had to unplug it to get it to stop.
Terrible service. At arrival I was told they had no more rooms (I paid my reservation online) and then they said they couldn’t help. Turned me away and told me to call Expedia. So pissed 😡
This hotel is abhorrent! There were roaches (it's a literal INFESTATION), it was dirty, outdated, there were exposed electrical wires on some of the lighting, the beds are uncomfortable, and it's just overall DISGUSTING.
