Pool was closed. Unnecessarily complicated charging of my credit card. Restaurant ridiculously expensive. Coffee maker in room uses too much plastic.

The very best hotel and restaurant in Las Vegas. Krisztian was our outstanding dinner servicer. He gave great suggestions and very professional. Breakfast was exactly the same outstanding service from Marcy! She was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She even gave us suggestions to fill our day with destinations and directions.

The location is great. We used the monorail to get to the Vegas strip which is right next door to the Renaissance at the Convention Center. Super easy! Also an easy walk to the SPHERE which is the reason we were in Vegas to see the Eagles. We arrive at the hotel early because we had an early morning flight. The Renaissance was able to store our luggage for us until check in at 3pm. Great service to offer to guest and super friendly staff with a smile. The room was clean bed and pillows comfortable and water was hot! There is a Starbucks on site and an Italian restaurant. We did get coffee and breakfast at Starbucks but didn’t have the chance to eat at Zoi’s the Italian restaurant.

The front desk staff was going to text us when our room was available but never did. And the water pressure in the shower was slow. Which are minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Renaissance LasVegas again!

The Renaissance Las Vegas is consistently excellent in quality, value, and professionalism. My wife, Monica, and I have been coming to this hotel since it first opened in 2004, and will keep coming in the years to come. All hotel and restaurant staff are welcoming and customer-oriented. Hotel manager, Youssef, and his staff, go out of their way to assure us a first-rate and auiet off-the-strip experience with clean and comfortable rooms. The newly renovated Zios Restaurant and lounge offer excellent menu selections that are always delicious. We had top-tier breakfast service from Adela, Luis, Christy, Marci, Vy, George, and Michael. Our dinner experience which always includes, the Chef’s rib-eye and garlic mash potatoes, is among the best in Las Vegas. The wait staff at dinner, led by Joshua and Krisztian, as well as hostess Sabrina, are unmatched for their personal and caring touch, as well as attention to detail. Our only recommendation for Renaissance Las Vegas is please upgrade the ambiance and food quality in the Concierge Lounge. It is not up-to-par with the rest of the hotel amenities. All that said, we highly recommend the Renaissance for travelers looking for an outstanding Las Vegas experience that is relaxing and auiet, but where the Strip is easily accessible by car or monorail. We’ll be back soon.

We found something AI can’t replace…Youssef, Adela, Lee, Marcy, Christy, Luis and Nancy! These are the people, the team at the Las Vegas Renaissance that keep us coming back. They treat us, and all of their guests, like family, and are the sole reason we return to this hotel. They are, without exception, kind, warm and caring, and really do make us feel like we are among friends when we arrive. My husband and I attend trade shows in Vegas several times a year and have been staying at the Renaissance for years. Recently, we decided to stay at a different Vegas Marriot property. The ratings were higher and the property was freshly renovated, which I always prefer. While the people at the other property were pleasant, breakfast was good, rooms were spotless, it wasn’t the same as being at the Renaissance. The rooms at the Renaissance are always clean (a must), but could use a bit of refreshing, and you’ll hear the elevators have ongoing issues, they were working on them when we were there, but these things are minor when compared to the warmth and generosity of spirit of the staff. I don’t know if management truly understands how fortunate they are to have this team. Without them, we would definitely be staying elsewhere. We are titanium Marriott members and we had such a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s convenient, beautiful, and the people were the best. Adela took such amazing care of us at the restaurant we are still talking about how sweet she was days later! The food was amazing too. Emily was also a gem. Great stay!
