Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel

Off the strip so it’s quiet. No casino. Near convention center and monorail. Would not recommend walking to the strip from here. Take the monorail, taxi, or ride service.

The hotel was nice and I have to admit it was pleasant not walking out into the casinos… More quiet and peaceful. You definitely need to plan on transportation if you want to get anywhere unless you’re willing to walk over 1 mile to the strip. I did not feel like it was the nicest part of town to be on but it only took us 20 minutes to walk home after the Eagles concert. Restaurants staff super friendly and professional.

Surprisingly very nice and great view of the golf course and the sphere...

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

The elevators are very slow because they use the wrong algorithm. The rooms are not well designed, and the walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room. The food in the restaurant is bad. The breakfast in the lounge is bad. The executive lounge was closed over the weekend.

Excellent facilities and service from everyone, but especially from the warm welcome by Youssef, such a kind, understanding, and empathetic person. At breakfast, the outstanding attention from Adela makes you feel right at home. Luis and Christy were also very kind! Without a doubt, I will return because of the excellent attention from everyone.

Location was good, but not value for money.

I had a situation in your hotel. It was booked subjected to payment at the property. At the property my card was declining, all the time it was saying wrong PIN where as I was putting the write PIN number. Initially I tab, where PIN number was not required It said Wrong PIN number. May be some issue either with machine or Card. Hotel was not excepting cash either. Lastly I asked them to send me the link for direct credit. There Link was not working either and there was no support from the staff. They send me link 3-4 time but it was not working. Pls advise me what shall the visitor suppose to do If hotel will not accept cash and even your payment Link won’t work.

We were at Las Vegas for an event at tge sphere and it was nice. Very clean, quiet and customer service at the front desk was very nice and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.
