très bien comme d'habitude .

Arrivé à 20H et plus d'acceuil. On se rend dans la chambre (loué pour 5 personnes) et le canapé lit n'est pas déplié et pas de drap à disposition. le numéro d'urgence ne réponds pas, bref hormis le lieux pas grand intérêt pour cet hotel. le coté positif: une vue très sympa et la proximité de restaurants...

Comme j'avais réservé un appartement en promo à -30% par hotels.com, nous avons eu droit à une chambre donnant sur une haie au sous sol. Sans avoir visité l'appartement, nous avons décider de partir quite à perdre notre argent et nos vacances. On nous a donné ensuite un appartement au 1er étage avec vue sur le lac (splendide...) La suite du séjour s'est déroulée correctement mais les communs (couloir, accès, ) sont sales et les matelas hors d'age. Bref, à 50% du prix , on serait dans la bonne gamme de prix. Bonne note au personnel d'accueil et d'entretien qui est agréable et professionnel et qui nous a résolu le probleme à l'arrivée avec beaucoup de gentillesse

Le personnel est agréable et gentil. Les piscines sont parfaites. le logement fonctionnel. Local vélo très pratique. Parking de la résidence trop petit. La résidence est idéalement située avec une très belle vue sur la piscine et le lac marin. A recommander

séjour tranquille dans un appartement spacieux mais un petit bémol sur le nettoyage.

Très bonne toutefois deux remarques : Pas d'accès direct à la piscine depuis l'étage. Alaise en plastique bruyante et peu confortable pour le couchage.

Un petit coup de pinceau ainsi que le changement d'une partie du mobilier (table extérieure et chaises) s'avèrent nécessaires. Trop peu de prises électriques dans le studio.sSnon accueil très agréable et souriant, bon emplacement plutôt calme malgré le monde

séjour très agréable pour emplacement et hygiène de la résidence très propre , le seul bémol reste le lit deux places dans la chambre 236 qui n'est pas confortable du tout, les matelas ne sont pas callé et donc pendant la nuit on se retrouve dans un trou et la vu de l'appartement n'est pas génial ( pour la terrasse) . sinon rien a dire sur le reste l'accueil et très chaleureux.

Firstly this is in a fantastic location and the staff are very friendly. However, this is where the good bit ends I'm afraid from my experience. This apartment hotel is probably just a 2* at that if you take the location and view away.It was built in 1995 and now shows considerable signs of age. The exterior has been recently decorated and approx half of the rooms updated, but the other half have not. As a result if you get one of the old rooms as we did you will wish you were not there. They allow smoking and animals to stay in the rooms and as a result the carpets and soft furnishings are badly stained to a point of revolting. The apartment we had was D47 and whilst it was a perfect location on the ground floor with easy access as requested it smelt worse than most public conveniences! This had been masked initially by excessive air freshner. As a result we endedf up having to sleep in the lounge area on the single sofa beds(2) as a family of 4 as the bedroom was so awfull and the smell unbearable 1/2 way into the 1st night. The loo itself looked clean as was the apartment generally and you have to admire the cleaners efforts all round based on the poor condition of a lot of the apartments, but the stench was unbearable and we only used the loo when we really had to. The inventory was all there and it was well equipped. I wouldn't visit again.

We were very pleased with the hotel but had a big problem to finding it's location by car. It took us 2 hours......... we know that area well but the absence of a map of the town made it very difficult to drive to it. Poor signage and a new one-way road system caused us big problems.
