Villa Bali Blue

The property is very clean, the staff nice and helpful, the service is great. Had an amazing experience stay in this villa!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. You get the whole villa and staff live downstairs/next door. Easy to hire a driver for day trips. They also facilitate meals for a small cost. Great views and very nice pool. Lots of space.

You can tell there is a bit of wear and tear and the reused glass water bottle given for teeth brushing/drinking was not very clean.

Size of the villa and the rooms were great. View is great.

Here is what was below expectations: ~ no hot water in converted media room. This was the fifth room, which was the media room converted into a bedroom. We were promised an attached bathroom. After arrival when the occupier tried to shower, there was no hot water. The villa staff told us because it's an extra room, there was no hot water. BUT NO ONE TOLD US THIS, WHEN WE REQUESTED THE EXTRA ROOM AND PAID PAID GOOD EXTRA MONEY FOR IT !!!?? ~ 'brown' white towels provided ~ building defects - broken door handle, . . . - terrible daily housekeeping services ... - toilet dirty & mouldy - roof leakage, floor wet after heavy downpour - towels not changed until being asked - floor was super sticky - kitchen sink dirty - Fridge dirty - no housekeeping at all, rubbish not thrown，floor never mop, everywhere so dirty - a big rat ran across the housekeeper’s basement room - bedroom floor warped parquet floor - aircon was not working well

Wow !!! What a beautiful villa, me and me friends were very happy with the size and luxury.
