"Things to know "

Good aspects: Short journey from the airport- Biarritz Good location to the beach Access to local buses to Biarritz and Bidart - ask at reception for free bus tickets valid for 24 hours No so good aspects: No local shops/ food stores Uncomfortable beds and pillows need changing No umbrellas around the pool area and no facilities to buy a drink No extras included on arrival- you will need to bring or buy everything including toilet rolls, tea towels, dish clothes. Only one hand towel provided for 2 adults and 2 bath towels only changed weekly including bed linen. On check out they check to see that the room has been cleaned otherwise you willl be charged !! No safe in the room No local taxis that are happy to go to the local supermarket Illbiarritz which is good long to walk with shopping.

"Fine budget accommodation near the beach"

Good overall apartment-style hotel for an extended stay. Hotel is fairly basic but rooms are spacious and front desk service is warm and accommodating. The hotel is about 500 yards from a nice beach, however when the tide comes in it is littered with garbage--although this is more a general trend in the region and in no way related to the hotel. The hotel is about 2.5 km from downtown Biarritz. It's an easy walk or bike ride. We would stay here again.

"Very basic & doesn't have what its says"

Room was not clean when arrived. For 4 people, there is a 2 seat sofa. There is no free wifi. There is no indoor tennis court. All very misleading. Guests expected to fully clean the apartment - not just the kitchen - on departure.

"Plaisirs et détente"

L'emplacement de la résidence est génial, entre Biarritz et St Jean de Luz, mer et montagne. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et agréable, bonne literie...terrasse donnant sur le jardin et la piscine parfait et calme !!! Les personnes à l'accueil très sympathiques..

"Hotel un peu vieillot et pas très confortablle"

Hotel vieillot , pas très confortable , bruyant. La plage est à 10 min mais il y a une grande remontée ce qui n'est pas pratique avec une poussette. Point positif la piscine pour enfànt . Possibilité de promener en sécurité autour de la résidence àvec les enffants

"Cher et avec peu de services"

Séjour pour le cadre professionnel. Chambre un peu cher avec des services en plus qu'il faut payer( wifi) si bien qu'on arrive à payer plus cher qu'un hôtel Classic
