The room was dirty. The sheets were obviously not changed. There was a stain, food, and hair on them. When I called the front desk to get clean sheets, I was told none were available and that they were too busy to do anything to fix the situation. I ended up going down to get linens myself and they magically, they had clean ones. While changing the sheets we moved the bed and there was food and dirty napkins under the bed. The carpet had debris on it and had not been vacuumed.

The photos of this property are not at all what we experienced. Dark, dirty, does not feel safe. All staff are behind safety barriers.

Was expecting mediocre at best. This was much worse. We got stuck in the elevator for a minute and it definitely should’ve had a sign saying do not use. Pictures and reviews are not accurate
