"Comfortable place to stay for a good price"

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted a lower priced hotel for a two-night stay in Pittsburgh. This hotel fit the bill. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very quiet and didn't have any issues. The breakfast is definitely just continental, mostly prepackaged foods but that's how it's advertised. Only bad thing was no hair dryer. I thought the rooms had them but they did not.

Never showed up to get us from airport. We called Uber after 45 minutes. Dirty bathroom. Fighting couple at 3am. Not enough pillows, towels, or staff.

The check in person appeared to have a bad cold so she looked miserable and likely not performing well because of this. I am sympathetic but it affected the front desk service. Her spoken English was difficult to understand and I had to ask her to repeat things. Her handwriting was very hard to read so I could not read the room number or WIFI code and had to ask her to speak it to me so I could write it down. The room door had a dead bolt lock but the door jamb had a metal piece to deliberately block the dead bolt from being engaged. There were no available unused electrical outlets available at the room desk. One tiny bar of soap was provided but nothing else. Because of the lack of unused room electrical outlets many things like lamps and the alarm clock were sitting unplugged.

The property was without power for over 24 hours. The property needs a generator to accommodate their customers. The first night was fine, but the second night was terrible and inconveniently miserable.

The Hotel was great! Someone in the room next to mine had a dog that barked loud snd into the night. This was a big problem for me as I needed to get up early! Is this property pet friendly! If so I won’t be back.

First room we checked into was used - clogged/used toilet, used soap, used towel. Front desk worker was nice and allowed us to change rooms. Dirty sheets, but cleaner than the first room.
