Please note that the swimming pool is available from Tuesday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 21:00. The pool towels are available in the reception. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Tentei falar a noite na recepção por telefone e só dava ocupado, o outro canal que seria WhatsApp não foi visualizado e nem respondido a mensagem e ouve outro hóspede que fez a mesma reclamação.

Localização.

A maçaneta do meu quarto estava quebrada, os funcionários me ajudaram ensinando a abrir dando um tranco na porta, ao invés de me trocar de quarto, foram dispostos em ajudar, mas da forma errada, acabei ficando no quarto pq não tinha outra opção No anúncio não existe informação que o estacionamento é pago..

Very good breakfast. Clean & comfortable room, good location.

Wifi didn't work well in the room and didn't work at all at the terrace. The machines at the gymn were out of order.

Atendimento gentil na recepção e boa vontade em resolver a situação do quarto com mofo.Cama , quarto com varanda

Primeiro quarto oferecido com mofo e mau cheiro.Mau atendimento funcionário que serve café da manhã , e a falta de alimentos para servir ( não tinha ovos !)Garagem que depende do funcionário para liberar o elevador .

O Alven Hotel é muito bom para se hospedar, sua localização é excelente, próximo ao shopping e bem tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, com opções variadas e todo atendimento é ótimo.

O ar condicionado do quarto faz um barulho bem alto, para quem tem problemas em dormir, será um problema.
