it was crazy as hell . we open the door it looked different from the pictures . then we went to close the door and the door knob fell off . i immediately left and they told me call the 3rd party for a full refund. not sure if i’ll actually get it.

it smelled so musty in that room . no way the housekeepers cleaned it.

Location

The room was dirty we had to buy our own towels and wash rags. Cause theirs had hair on them and didn't smell good. The pull out sofa was nasty. They wouldn't give us any kind of discount for the bad service.
